COPYRIGHTS & OWNERSHIP: The Photographer retains all copyrights to all images created during the Client's session. A print release may be given with digital files to print for personal use. The Photographer will not release any RAW image files.
EDITING: The Client understands and agrees that no additional editing may be done to the images by anyone other than the Photographer. This includes adding filters from social media websites and apps, screenshots (alters the image quality), and any further adjustments not done by the Photographer. The Photographer agrees to edit with the style previously discussed with the client.
SOCIAL MEDIA: If the Client chooses to post images taken at the session, they are to tag or credit Nova Photography LLC and not take sole credit for the images. If the Client is unsatisfied with the final delivery of the images they are to contact the Photographer privately. The Photographer will either re-edit the gallery or schedule another session. The Client understands that the photographer will use certain images for social media and advertising for their business.

Privacy Policy

DEPOSIT: $100.00 USD for Creative & Love Story Sessions. $500 USD for Weddings and Elopements longer than 1 hour. The Client agrees to pay the photographer a Deposit, listed above, at the time of booking to secure the appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable fee that goes toward the session total. The remaining balance is due the day of the session. 
 PAYMENT: The balance is due the day before or the day of the session. If the client does not pay the photographer the day of the session, every day not paid is an extra $50. The session total covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of the images, film,  and digital images (amount depending on session) to be delivered through the online gallery. Additional digital images are available for purchase for $7 each.
 LOCATION COSTS: The Photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. If you'd like to have a session at a paid location, you must include the entry fee for the photographer in the total session price. If the session location is more than 30 miles from Richmond, the photographer requires an additional fee for gas unless previously discussed otherwise. The fee depends on how far the session is from Richmond. RESCHEDULING & RESHOOTS: If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the Client may reschedule their session at least 72 hours prior to their shoot. The full payment is owed to the Photographer the day of the rescheduling. Should the Client fail to give a 72 hour notice, or wishes to cancel the photography session, the Deposit stated above will still be retained by the Photographer since it is non refundable. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. If The Photographer is unable to photograph your wedding, another photographer trained by Nova Photography LLC will be at the event to replace them and the original photographer will edit all the images. 
 LIABILITY: The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client will be responsible for themselves and their children/pets, and releases the Photographer from any claims against their person or their business. The Photographer reserves the right to leave the session or event if they feel the environment is unsafe or unpleasant for working conditions.
